Ep. 35 | Life long educator.

School principal to race caller is an easy leap to make, both require meticulous research and planning and rarely does the outcome match the plan.

Rob Luck has always enjoyed the races and loves to unearth the stories that unfold in the industry.

Arriving in Longreach in charge of a school, Rob's interest in horses soon lead him to the Longreach Jockey Club where he started emceeing race meets, joined the committee and became President, and found a new passion in race calling.

Rob tells us how one horse started his life long connection to racing, that his award winning budgies showed him he was never going to be a punter and that relocating doesn't mean he's retired.

Rob Luck is available to call races and can be contacted on 0427277528.
